New Crop of Rice Season

In July, The hill tribe people in North of Vietnam all come to their field for preparing the new crop of rice.
During this time, the whole tremendous terrace rice field in Mu Cang Chai will be covered by lovely and peaceful carpet of rice. You will not see much local people activities on the field in this season, but the greenness of the rice field can be very good compensation.

Ban Gioc Waterfall, Cao Bang, Vietnam

Ban Gioc Waterfall

Ban Gioc Waterfall is one of Vietnam’s most impressive natural sights. Located in the northeastern province of Cao Bang, the falls are 30 metres high and 300 metres across, making Ban Gioc the widest (but not the highest) waterfall in the country.

Experienced travelers say that the best time to visit Ban Gioc Waterterfall is from August to September, when the water is pure green. The early rainy season is often opaque, and in the other months, the waterfall is less frequent.

The season of Northwest white cauliflower is around November every year.
Cauliflower everywhere in the northwestern mountains, but the most beautiful may be the large and sprawling fields in Moc Chau (Son La).

Fields and hills are covered by charming white colour of cauliflower, but the most beautiful place is behind of Ban Ang pine forest. Buckwheat flower season in Ha Giang

From late November to early December is “tam giac mach” flower season in Ha Giang. “Tam giac mach” tree is grown to get grains, which are used for making cakes. When blooming, this flower has a white-light-pink color really beautiful, inadvertently creating a specially lovely and scenic scenery. Thus, this is an expected time in this rock plateau.
