Rainfall is at its lowest in February although a misty haze is not unusual, especially in coastal areas and around Halong Bay. In the far north conditions are dry but chilly and sometimes foggy, especially at night, so suitable clothing is recommended.
  • Central Vietnam: Summer returns to central parts of Vietnam with the beaches of Hoi An and Danang likely to be basking in sunshine with just a light sprinkling of rain expected from time to time (avg temp: 25°C). Hue is also warm and dry whilst in Dalat and the Central Highlands the climate will be cooler due to altitude and warm clothing is recommended for the evenings, however conditions are good for trekking and adventure activities. Further south the beaches of Nha Trang are also enjoying blue skies and higher temperatures.
  • South Vietnam: Good weather is expected in the south throughout February. The beaches of Phan Thiet & Mui Ne; Long Hai & Ho Tram, and the southern islands of Phu Quoc and Con Dao are experiencing clear blue skies, plenty of sunshine and little or no rain (avg temp: 27 °C). Temperatures remain high but comfortable with the really hot weather at the break of the wet season still a few months off (avg temp: 28°C).

1. Hoi An- Da Nang

While many provinces in the north side of Bach Ma mountain such as Hanoi, Halong Bay or Ninh Binh bear the cold in February, Hoi An, Da Nang which lies on the southern side of Bach Ma, enjoy its warmness with temperature ranging 19 to 24 degree Celsius. This kind of weather make it great to wander around Hoi An anccient town, swimming or sun bathing at the top world beach – An Bang Beach, etc or explore debeatable centre cuisin.

2. Mekong Delta

Located in the South of Vietnam, Mekong Delta is known as  “a vast rice bowl of Vietnam”, which is home to floating markets, Khmer pagodas and villages surrounded by rice paddies. Visit Mekong Delta in February, you will expect  of brief and heavy showers, usually in the afternoons, but quickly bright again. During this season, the levels of water are high enough for boat markets and  sailing trips, a stunning chance to watch the busiest river life.

3. Con Dao Island
